1 Introduction and Eligibility
baij (referred to herein as "we", "our platform" or "baij") is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and baij.
By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
The following conditions must be met to be eligible to use baij's services:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a natural person, not a corporate entity.
- You may hold only one account in your own name.
- You must register with accurate and truthful information.
2 Account Registration and User Responsibilities
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account with baij, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. If the information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, we reserve the right to close your account at any time and, where applicable, any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device may also be treated as a multiple account violation.
3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
baij strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. We may request the following documents at any time to verify your age and identity:
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
- Bank statement or mobile banking transaction records.
- A recent utility bill or proof of address.
We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. Preventing minors from gambling is our institutional responsibility and we take every precaution in this regard. If you become aware that a minor you know is using our platform, please notify our support team immediately.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Policy
The payment methods currently active on baij are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Deposit transactions are generally credited to your account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if identity verification or a security check is required, this may take longer.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If a bonus has been accepted, withdrawal may not be possible until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
4.4 Suspicious Transactions
If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any transaction and to notify the relevant authorities.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
baij offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (you must wager 20 times the sum of the original deposit plus the bonus).
5.2 General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once only, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
- After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified period.
- The maximum bet amount using bonus funds will be stated in the terms of each offer.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
- baij reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.3 VIP Program
baij's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Platinum. Advancement to higher tiers depends on your activity and participation on the platform.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baij platform:
- Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
- Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to play games.
- Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account.
- Attempting to collude with other users to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
- Contacting support staff or other users with threats, harassment or inappropriate behaviour.
If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, we reserve the right to close the account immediately and to forfeit any deposits or winnings.
7 Account Suspension and Permanent Closure
7.1 Closure by Us
baij reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Failure to provide documents requested for identity verification within the specified timeframe.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- In compliance with instructions from law enforcement agencies.
7.2 Closure by the User
If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify our support team. Before closing your account, make sure you have met all wagering requirements and withdrawn any withdrawable balance.
8 Responsible Gaming
baij places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress.

- The ability to set deposit limits.
- Setting session time limits.
- Self-exclusion — temporarily deactivate your account for a set period.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use our platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. This licence may be revoked at any time.
11 Limitation of Liability
baij provides its services on an "as is" basis and will not be liable for:
- Loss caused by technical errors, server downtime or internet connection disruptions.
- Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party attacks or hacking.
- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or carelessness.
- Financial loss from gaming — gaming and betting carry inherent financial risk.
- Loss caused by the operation of third-party services or software.
Our liability will in no case exceed the current balance in your account.
12 Changes to Terms and Effectiveness
12.1 Right to Make Changes
baij reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email address or through a notice on the platform.
12.2 Consent
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
12.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
